Refectorio, the Michelin-starred restaurant recently awarded with the Green Star by the Michelin Guide. Under a vaulted ceiling of pure Gothic style, a 17th century frieze depicting the Last Supper presides over the imposing space. Vinoteca Restaurant
Vinoteca Restaurant offers a traditional and exquisite cuisine. The menu features a diverse selection of dishes, tapas and small plates made from the high-quality ingredients produced in the region, enjoyed with the noble Abadía Retuerta wines. This small, inviting restaurant with a wine cellar atmosphere infuses tradition with creative twists.

During the summer nights, our culinary offer at Vinoteca moves to the Cloister Garden (Jardín del Claustro) offering guests the opportunity of enjoying a gastronomic experience in a unique environment: an outdoor terrace laden with history.
