Due Camini Restaurant
A gourmet restaurant awarded a Michelin star as of 2019. A culinary place that combines Mediterranean tradition and contemporary creations. Chef Domingo Schingaro and his team infuse each dish with the bold and distinct flavours of Puglian tradition, with menus that highlight regional agriculture, raw materials, and local suppliers.
La Frasca
Authentic Puglian trattoria in the heart of Borgo Egnazia, where you can discover the deep rural roots of the local cuisine and celebrate the treasures of tradition. Genuine dishes from Puglia pay homage to the ancient recipes handed down from generation to generation, bringing to the table the simple and authentic flavours of this land.
Mia Cucina Trattoria
True local cuisine where you can feel and share the warmth of an authentic Puglian home. Here you can rediscover ancient recipes, learn how to make and prepare homemade pasta or cook delicious traditional dishes thanks to the Puglian cooking lessons. In the delightful outdoor pizzeria "A Pizzerì", tasty pizzas prepared with the best Slow Food ingredients from the Puglian territory and different types of dough with Lievito Madre (yeast starter) are served.
Cala Masciola
Restaurant by the sea in the charming bay of Cala Masciola - the private beach of Borgo Egnazia. Here you can breathe the scent of the Mediterranean and taste the catch of the day directly from the fishmonger’s counter and savor it "raw"—following the Puglian tradition—or cooked to your liking.
Da Frisella (kids restaurant)
At Borgo Egnazia children do not simply have a menu dedicated to their tastes. But an entire restaurant. This corner full of colours and flavours is a magical and timeless place, where every detail is designed for children, from the chairs, to the tables and the buffets. Here play and healthy eating go hand in hand, so children can have fun together and eat in a genuine way.

Il Cannucciato Braceria
An open-air kitchen where the fire takes center stage, enhancing every ingredient. At Il Cannucciato, the embers are shared as guests enjoy grilled meats, fish and seasonal vegetables, in a convivial setting with a contemporary character.

La Corte
La Corte is the main central building that hosts many of Borgo Egnazia’s services, such as our restaurant Due Camini and our spa Vair. The interiors are a perfect blend between traditional Mediterranean style and contemporary design. The rooms are divided in different categories: La Corte Bella, La Corte Splendida, La Corte Magnifica, La Corte Meravigliosa, plus the wonderful Suite Egnazia and La Emma. Each room is equipped with a super king-size bed or twin beds, the bathrooms are completely made of stone, a balcony, terrace or private garden. The balconies and terraces offer wonderful views over the Adriatic Sea, the pools, or the millenary old olive groves and the Murge hills. Each La Corte room is provided with: at least one bathroom with double sink, glass shower box and separate bathtub; three telephones including a cordless one; mini-bar, safe deposit box and at least one LCD TV set (32”-42”) with video and music on demand, satellite channels including Italian SkySport and connectivity panel that enables to connect personal contents to the TV by cable or blue-tooth; cable, Wi-Fi and TV internet connection; TV audio control/speaker in bathrooms. Il Borgo
The Borgo, with its central Piazza, is the most unique part of the property. Its architectural design is that of a traditional Apulian village. It hosts many of Borgo Egnazia’s services, such as La Frasca restaurant and the trattoria Mia Cucina where you can attend our cooking classes; the fabulous Trullalleri Kids Club and the Marinai and Tarantari Junior and Teens Club. The small streets, the “secret corners”, the architectural details are all inspired by local towns nearby, suspended in a timeless dimension, closed between tradition and sobriety, elegance and extreme care of all details. During summer and other periods of high occupancy, the Piazza is the property’s pulsing heart. It hosts outdoor dinners and events, movie-screenings, street fairs and games (lasting until approximately 11 pm). The Borgo offers a number of accommodation categories: Borgo Splendida, Borgo Magnifica, Casetta Bella, Casetta Splendida, Casetta Magnifica. They are all provided with at least one stone-bathroom, three telephones, one of which is cordless; safe deposit box, mini-bar and at least one LCD TV set with video and music on demand; satellite channels including Italian SkySport and a connectivity panel that enables to connect personal contents to the TV by cable or blue-tooth; cable, Wi-Fi and TV internet connection; TV audio control/speaker in bathrooms. The entire Borgo is characterized by a rustic-chic interior design. Le Case
The Case are all furnished in a classic yet sophisticated style and equipped with every comfort. Secluded yet close to the property’s main areas, they are the ideal solution for a truly relaxing holiday in a quiet environment, surrounded by Mediterranean nature. All Case are arranged over three levels and feature a fully equipped kitchen, living room, family room, terrace, garden, patio and private pool. All guests staying in the Villas can enjoy our exclusive tailor-made services, such as “Massaia”: an Italian Mama who prepares a daily private breakfast, fills the fridge with guests’ favorite food, and takes care of the cleaning and housekeeping of La Casa.
