In the light and airy Wintergarten and on the picturesque Park Terrace overlooking the Lichtentaler Allee is where the Brenners classics share a menu with first class contemporary cuisine. Following the tradition of Baden’s famed cuisine, Head Chef Stefan Naatz integrates choice, regional produce to offer haute cuisine with modern influences.
Fritz & Felix
The fashionable Fritz & Felix Restaurant serves first-class cuts, the finest fish and unusual vegetarian/vegan creations from around the world. Head Chef Farid Fazel is responsible for creating a unique variety of flavors on the legendary Charcoa grill, the center piece of the open kitchen. An award-winning wine list and extravagant drinks from the urban-style Fritz & Felix bar round off the culinary experience. The bar in the Fritz & Felix Restaurant is a new and unique public attraction that has been inspired by the designs and the exuberant lifestyle of the Roaring Twenties. Offering a trendy ambiance that draws on natural elements from the Black Forest, wild drinks are created and timeless classics are newly interpreted.
Kaminhalle / Oleander Bar
Laid out in the style of a spacious parlor, the Kaminhalle in Brenners receives hotel guests at all times of day. The slowed down pace of this oasis allows one to forget the world outside for a while. Especially, towards the evening, many hotel guests are drawn to the Oleander Bar, accessible from the Kaminhalle, to enjoy an aperitif. Its name pays tribute to the racehorse Oleander that won the Grand Prix of Baden-Baden in Iffezheim from 1927 to 1929. The inviting environment of the Kaminhalle provides a fitting setting for a wonderful combination for moments of sweet pleasure during our Afternoon Tea.
