L'Oliveraie (seasonal summer restaurant)
L'Oliveraie is like a treasure hidden away and reserved for a chosen few. Guests of our summer grill sit in the shade of ancient olive trees, the air redolent with the fragrance of Pierre de Ronsard roses. Our Chef invites you to enjoy his summer creations filled with flavours of the sunny Mediterranean. Working with this season's local produce, L'Oliveraie's menu now features authentic pizzas from our new wood-fired oven along with zesty salads, herb-infused fish and meats grilled on our rotisserie or our new barbecue and teppanyaki plates. Here at the foot of the Baou des Blancs with tranquil views of hills and gardens, each occasion is a sensual interlude, epitomising the languid afternoon lunches typical of the South of France.
Bar Le Rossini
Rare cognacs by the fireplace or classic cocktails on the terrace, Le Rossini is the most elegant setting for an evening on the French Riviera. Guests have views right across the sweep of Côte d'Azur while inside the bar embodies regal splendour with 18th century objets d'art, an exquisite Musson timepiece and 200-year-old Gobelins tapestries. Indeed this is a setting worthy of the rare champagnes and exclusive cognacs which are served here with due reverence. Afternoon tea can also be enjoyed in Le Rossini.
Le Saint-Martin
A gastronomic restaurant inspired by nature's beauty and bounty, Le Saint-Martin is an epicurean aerie offering sweeping views across the Côte d’Azur and stylish new interiors as fresh as the season.
