Ixi'im
Translated as “corn” in the Mayan language, Ixi’im offers a refined setting within the lush jungle of the extensive Chablé Yucatan grounds. Ixi’im was born imposing from the bowels of the hacienda, the old engine room. Its beautiful architecture, conceived fin iron and glass. The restaurant has this combination of raw materials, wood, iron, stone and glass. Hours of operation: 12 Noon to 11:00 PM
Ki'ol
Honoring its Mayan name, which means “healthy,” Ki’ol is a breath of fresh air. Near the Main House, there is a haven of peace, the oasis and the freshness of Ki’ol restaurant and the main pool. Here the curves take the form of water, they travel in a simple and organic way. All day dining from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Casa Principal
The Main House is an invitation to rest. Take a drink, browse a book… but also sit outside, in the cool, on the porch framed by blue arcs. From there, there is a generous view of the gardens and the red arch that leads to the jungle and back to another remote time. Hours of operation: 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Casita Maya (Under request)
Enjoy our Mayan cuisine, a space where ancient culture and civilization flow and will amaze you. This palapa, built following traditional Mayan guidelines is the place to go if you want to enjoy a traditional stew: cochinita pibil, lime soup, poc chuc, panuchos… each dish with the best seasoning and made with the joy and spontaneity that characterize the women from the region.
Sikar Bar
A fusion of time and nature makes the beauty of this place unforgettable. Previously the house of the foreman now it preserves its original structure with contemporary details creating a luxury and comfortable atmosphere. Experience the wide catalog of house flavors that we have to surprise your palates. Hours of operation: 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Casita
The spaces are luxurious and comfortable, so that guests do not feel thrown into nature, but in a privileged place, where they become part of it and observe it with respect. The stone walls recreate old walls, called albarradas, are the pretext to create the space in which the hammocks and private pools are located. Bathrooms are open spaces, cubes of glass and wood that make you feel in the middle of the jungle but that strategically regulate privacy. Size 2,200 Sq Ft with private pool.
Family Villa
Set in the Mayan jungle each one perfectly framing nature. They are contemporary, air-conditioned, with local rich woods and stone, outdoor swimming pool, shared living area, one room with King size bed, and second room with 2 queen beds, each one with generous bathroom with his and hers sinks and featuring organic amenities. Area of 380m² / 2200 ft² area you can choose one king-size bed for two adults and one child or two queen size beds for two adults and two children.
Presidential Villa
With nature as the perfect background for your stay in Yucatan, get in tune with your senses and the space that surrounds you in this three-bedroom Villa where wellness flows. Enjoy spacious areas and amenities that will make you feel at home, let yourself be carried away by the perfect balance that surrounds you at the Presidential Villa. Area of 745 m² / 8,090ft² has three rooms with Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor living rooms, butler’s kitchen, dining room and luxurious gardens with hammocks.
Villa Royal
Chablé Yucatan most exclusive Villa, offers a private space to connect with local culture and nature, jungle views, colonial walls, modern architecture and ultra luxury design that provides a unique experience for guests with a feeling of tranquility and wellness.
