The Summer Garden
Tranquil and secluded, the restaurant is set within the hotel gardens, surrounded by its picturesque swimming pool and enveloped by lush gardens. Ingredients are chosen for their quality – selected from among the island’s leading suppliers for everything from salad greens to premium cheeses.
