The Gourmet Grill Restaurant is the only Rooftop Panoramic Terrace of the city with a breathtaking view on the many treasures of Verona: the Lamberti Tower, the Duomo, the Church of Saint Anastasia, S. Peter Castle and the Torricelle Hills and all the roman part of the City. Our guests will enjoy exquisite flavors and culinary creations of our Chef Sergio Speca suspended in timeless equilibrium and protected with discretion and gentle smiles. Our Gourmet Grill Restaurant with show-cooking combines the best of the Italian food traditions with an atmosphere of excellence, service and hospitality.
Bistrot al 2
"Bistrot al 2" is an integral part of the All Day Long gastronomic offer of the hotel. Located inside the Due Torri Hotel with a dedicated entrance, the bistrot opens up to the city, allowing everyone who wishes to savour a lunch or dinner to do so amidst the historic furnishings of an authentic city jewel. A unique way to discover an important part of Verona's history. Philosophy The Executive Chef of Bistrot al 2 is Salvatore Garofalo, a Chef with roots that embrace the Calabrian and Apulian regions but with a deep connection to the city of Parma, where he spent his youth immersed in the culture of Italian haute cuisine. Garofalo's philosophy for "Bistrot al 2" is reflected in a dual ambition: he enthusiastically welcomes both guests from far away and the locals, seeking to satisfy the diverse needs and expectations of each through his signature offerings. "I love to travel, and this simple statement contains my entire world, my vision: I explore, study, steal. I work on what I discover to propose a different experience every time, and to amaze with scents and textures." Atmosphere The Eagle Room where the Bistrot is located, one of the most beautiful spaces within the hotel, was personally designed by Gualtiero Marchesi, the renowned Italian chef considered the "founder" of the new Italian cuisine and one of the world's most renowned chefs. We are proud to offer a quality gastronomic experience in such a prestigious setting.
Breakfast Room
The breakfast room has been recently renovated to accommodate guests in the morning. Precious details brought back to their authentic beauty. The handcrafted wooden floor was subjected to a full restoration enhancing the original aspects of the floor. The frescoes that adorn the walls as well as the images preserved from time, illustrate with artistry the most beautiful and iconic places of Verona.

Deluxe Rooms
Deluxe Rooms are filled with period furniture, walls covered with precious tapestries in vibrant colors and golden frames. All Deluxe Rooms are personalized with extreme care and passion for details. Entirely hand-crafted marble in warm tones, mosaic decorations, precious refined textiles, finishes of rare prestige; details designed for the pleasure of the senses. The pink marble bathrooms, embellished with the mosaic marble frame of the large mirror, are all fitted with a bathtub with shower. Deluxe Rooms are available king or twin, with panoramic view on the city center, and measure 269-376 square feet.
Grand Deluxe Room
Grand Deluxe Rooms are spacious and filled with period furniture and walls covered with precious tapestries in vibrant colors or in Venetian stucco. Grand Deluxe Rooms are personalized with extreme care and passion for details. Italian marble bathrooms are all fitted with a bathtub with shower. Some of them have a private balcony overlooking the Tower of Lamberti (on request). Grand Deluxe Rooms are available king or twin, with panoramic view on the city center, and measure 269-376 square feet.
Junior Suites
Junior Suites, furnished with classical-style furniture, have walls covered with precious tapestries in vibrant, harmonious tones with gilded frames. Each room features style details, with Murano glass lamps and precious bedspreads which recall a style of bygone eras. The pink marble bathrooms, embellished with the mosaic marble frame of the large mirror, are all fitted with a bathtub with shower and a double washbasin inserted into the marble surface. Junior Suites are available king or twin, with panoramic view on the city center, and measure 376-484 square feet.
Classic Suites
Suites are in Biedermeier or empire style, with authentic period furniture. Walls are covered with precious tapestries and Venetian stucco. Each room features style details such as a chaise longue, full-length mirrors, sofas and Murano glass lamps. The pink marble bathrooms, embellished with the mosaic marble frame of the large mirror, are all fitted with a bathtub with shower and a double washbasin inserted into the marble surface. Deluxe Suite Maria Callas
The Deluxe Suite Maria Callas takes its name from the famous opera singer who often stayed at the Due Torri Hotel during her performances at the Arena. The suite is elegantly furnished with a desk and comfortable sofa. The spacious, elegant bathroom is covered in precious Italian marble. The Deluxe Suite Maria Callas has a private balcony overlooking the beautiful Saint Anastasia Place, with its famous church, and original period furnishing details, such us precious tapestries and it is equipped with all modern conveniences. Deluxe Suite Mozart
This recently renovated suite was named in honor of Mozart: The Due Torri Hotel wanted to pay homage to the great composer who in January 1770, when he was thirteen, stayed in the hotel. The suite consists of a living room with a very bright living area, a bedroom and a large bathroom, all spacious and functional spaces that welcome refined style furnishings. From the Deluxe Suite Mozart, it is possible to admire a wonderful view of the ancient city, thanks to the private terrace overlooking the Tower of Lamberti. The suite is embellished with antiques, boiserie, sofas, marble, and fine details, combined with a careful study of volumes and colors. It can be interconnected with a Grand Deluxe Room. Deluxe Suite Mozart offers panoramic views of the city center and private terrace. This suite is king bedded and measure 700 square feet.
Presidential Suite S. Anastasia
The exclusive Presidential Suite S. Anastasia benefits from an amazing view on Saint Anastasia place and its Imperial Style represents the classic style of our property. The light neutral pastel colors of its walls, with a pearl grey wooden boiserie and its pearl grey or white colored ceilings, are a perfect combination with the gold and black of the Imperial style.
