Soko Sushi pop-up
Soko, the latest pop-up at Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows, is a literal tribute to the origins of sushi. The name "Soko" means "store room," and Soko is, in fact, set in a simple store room on our main-floor lobby. Here, Sushi Chef Masa Shimakawa delivers a Master Class in refined technique, presentation and quality. The playful paintings on Soko's walls portray two brothers, both fishermen, dating back to the days of Narezushi. Our Soko logo, with its infinity symbol, pays homage to the timeless art of making and enjoying sushi. Open: Wednesday - Sunday | 5:00pm – 10:00pm First Come, First Served. No Reservations.

Fairmont Rooms
Fairmont rooms are located in the 6-story historical Palisades Wing. All rooms have been designed to harmonize with the surrounding landscape. Subtle hues of blue and green compliment the decor in all of the Fairmont rooms. Rooms in the Palisades Building are oversized and decorated in a more traditional style. Perfect for families traveling and long stays.
Deluxe Room
For a tropical feel, Deluxe rooms feature partial Ocean Views through swaying palm trees, and glimpses of green gardens. Recently renovated and located on the lower - middle floors in the 10-story Ocean Tower, these rooms are furnished in a traditional California décor and most rooms include balconies.

Premier Ocean View Room

Palisade Suite
Located in the Historic Palisades Wing, these luxury suites offer the elegance of a European manor with dark woods and crown moldings. All suites offer a large parlor area and separate bedroom. The parlor area has a dining table, wet bar, television, and two telephones, perfect for entertaining. All suites have a luxury marble bathroom which has a separate bath and vanity area.
