Beef & Reef
Open for lunch from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. and dinner from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Total capacity: 100 seats. The restaurant offers a gourmet selection inspired by the "surf & turf" concept. The menu is based on fresh local products with a slight international touch. It changes regularly according to the products picked by the Chef in the resort's vegetable garden or from local producers. One constant, however, is the emphasis on ocean flavors and local products from the Moroccan terroir.
Paper Moon
Breakfast service from 7:30 to 11:00am and dinner from 7pm to 11pm. Total capacity: 154 seats In a relaxed setting, Chef Georgiy Danilov offers a revisited nomadic cuisine to start your day on a gourmet note.
Morimoto Taghazout
Open for dinner from 8 pm to midnight. Total capacity: 104 seats. The renowned international restaurant of its founder, Japanese Chef Masaharu Morimoto, is an excellent showcase of his renowned cooking style and innovative techniques. Inspired by Japanese traditions and Western culinary techniques, Morimoto's dishes are as delightful as inventive.
Iris Lounge
Opening hours: from 9 am to 9 pm. Total capacity: 62 seats. In the heart of the resort, Iris invites you to discover an airy setting with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean to enjoy a selection of teas and gourmet treats or to enjoy your glass of champagne while admiring the sunset.
NOLA Bar
