Dining

Les Saisons - Fine French Cuisine

The Imperial Hotel has long served as Japan's reception hall, feting countless foreign and local guests over the years with hospitality and delicious cuisine. At Les Saisons, we blend the latest culinary techniques with classical French recipes handed down over generations to offer guests the taste of today's French haute cuisine. As you take in Les Saisons' romantic, panoramic views of the urban nightscape, you can enjoy the restaurant's carefully hand-picked and constantly evolving seasonal menu, meticulous service, and richly varied and flavorful wines.

Kamon - Open Grill Specialties

At Kamon you can partake heartily of the flavor of fine Japanese beef, shipped directly from the ranch, along with newly harvested, succulent seafood and garden-fresh vegetables, all served up by chefs skilled in bringing out the ingredients' natural goodness. Choose from an abundant selection of Japanese sake to accompany your meal. Join in conversation with the chefs as they prepare your meal and taste the delights of teppanyaki cuisine with your eyes, ears, and mouth.

Jasmine Garden - Chinese Cuisine

Instead of the traditional Chinese formality, this inviting restaurant features Western-style interior design, tableware, and even service. The elegant vistas from the 23rd-floor restaurant are the perfect accompaniment to the subtle delicacy of the Cantonese cuisine, centering on seafood. The chefs are especially proud of the lobster dishes, cooked to the customer's tastes, the healthy menu, and the delicious dessert offerings, including rich mango pudding.

Café Couvert - All Day Dining

"Couvert" is French for cutlery. We hope to be as essential to our customers as forks, knives and spoons are to dining. Join us any time of day for a quality dining experience in a modern casual setting.

The Park - Buffet & Lounge

All the elements that feature in the design of the Imperial Hotel, Osaka - water, greenery, flowers, sunlight and shade - are abundantly expressed in the airy, 24-meter-long atrium of this lobby-lounge, from the water-themed art to the sunshine streaming through the glass and the view of the adjoining pedestrian walkway. Relax in this oasis of calm while listening to pipe organ concerts and other live and recorded music, and partake of a wide choice of desserts, drinks or our afternoon tea service. The Park is the perfect spot for meetings, talking business or a delightful shopping break.

Osaka Nadaman - Japanese Cuisine

Nadaman - Celebrating 180 years of culinary excellence Osaka Nadaman has a long tradition of innovating with fresh, modern Japanese culinary styles. Please enjoy our melding of selected ingredients, savory taste sensations and stunning presentations of fine Japanese cuisine. Private dining rooms are available - perfect for family dining or special gatherings.

Kyubey - Sushi

The original Kyubey, a Tokyo-style sushi restaurant, was established in Ginza, Tokyo, in 1936, where it became the haunt of many renowned literati and discerning gourmet bureaucrats and financiers. Today, using only the freshest ingredients, Kyubey's chefs display their mastery at proffering superb Edo-mae sushi at perfect intervals.

Old Imperial Bar - Main Bar

The original Imperial Hotel in Tokyo was designed by one of the most respected architects of the 20th century, American Frank Lloyd Wright. The Imperial Hotel, Osaka pays homage to the architect by incorporating his motifs throughout our interior design, but the best place to enjoy his unique aesthetic vision is in our main bar, Old Imperial Bar. Why not visit the bar to savor its classical but relaxed ambiance, and raise a glass to the surrounding images of silent screen movie stars and other famous Imperial Hotel guests of old?
