The world-class facilities of Kivotos include the impressively decorated and luxuriously appointed rooms and suites, 38 in its entirety, an incredible villa with a private pool and secluded beach area, two swimming pools with open-air Jacuzzis, a SPA, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a private beach, squash court, three restaurants and bars, an art gallery, boutique, hair salon, a scenic chapel within its premises for weddings, and a private yacht available for daily cruises and romantic private dinners, anchored in the bay of Ornos just in front of the hotel. In an effort to comprehend the philosophy of Kivotos, we shall refer to Spyros Michopoulos, father of the second generation, Philip and Jason, who envisioned the creation of the first boutique hotel in Greece. His love for travel, collecting antiques and works of art, continuous observation, led him to quickly grasp the need to diversify the tourism product and provide genuine hospitality. That was to create a unit to be more like home than a hotel. An image that was etched in his mind, throughout his travels, and involved a French mirror that seamlessly was tied on a full white mural, triggered his inspiration. The first step was taken towards establishing the first boutique hotel in Greece.

Junior Suite Sea View
The Junior Suites are dashingly stylish, and spacious. They feature a bedroom with a Queen size bed, a sitting area with a couch, a bathroom with a bathtub or shower and a furnished balcony with direct Sea Views. Most of the Junior Suites have bathrooms with glass roof openings for romantic stargazing at night.
Deluxe Suite Sea View
These are our One-of-a-kind One Bedroom Suites with Sea View. This means that each suite is 100% individually decorated with a meticulous attention to detail. The architecture and spatial design of these suites create a unique atmosphere, while their contemporary style with splashes of classic decoration, seductively allure the eye of the beholder. Soothing colors, high-tech appliances, and the awe-inspiring sea view will simply captivate your mind and soul. Kivotos 2 Bedroom Suite Sea View
This 70 m2 suite is compiled of two interconnecting open plan suites, each one with each own Queen bedroom, living room and bathroom. The bathrooms are equipped one with a Jacuzzi bathtub and the other with a shower. From the suite’s balconies you can enjoy unobstructed Sea Views. The classic furniture pieces impress with their elegance, functionality and flair, while the ample space makes this fabulous suite feel like home.
Two Bedroom Suite with Sea View & Pool
This 90 m2 Two-bedroom Suite with Sea View & Pool is truly spectacular. It features two Suite bedrooms with Queen size beds, each with its own living room, two bathrooms with bathtub and shower and a crystal clear Private Pool for unique moments of relaxation under the Mediterranean sun. The furnished terrace offers sunbeds and outdoor furniture, with direct view to the Sea.
Hideaway Villa with Infinity Private Pool
This 130 square meters Two-Bedroom Villa is located right above sea level, so close to the water you can actually listen to the waves hitting the shore at night. It features two bedrooms (One Master and one double bedroom) as well as a large living area, walk in closet, en-suite shower room, a large outdoor area for lounging and sunbathing and an Infinity Private Pool overlooking the Sea.
NOAH'S Waterfront Villa with Private pool and Private beach
The magnificent 150 square meter private waterfront villa is ingeniously blended into the natural surroundings, and boasts awe-inspiring architecture and spellbinding interior design. There is nothing short of magical about this villa, which has its own private pool and private beach area right in front, complete with sunbeds and umbrellas. The building is split in three levels. The ground floor has a lounge, a sauna and a bathroom with shower. The private pool starts from the outside and ends up inside the villa. The first floor features the master bedroom, a balcony, and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a window that overlooks the bay of Ornos. The second floor is ideal for romantic candlelight dinners and small intimate gatherings, since it comes with a bar and a long antique table. This floor also has a fully equipped kitchen –used by the villa’s staff- and a bathroom with shower. The villa has an elevator –no interior staircase-, ultra-modern furniture and lightings, imaginative glass floors, and soothing colors in the shades of blue and lime green. It has 3 different entrances –one for each floor- and private access to the hotel’s SPA. Not suitable for children under the age of 12.
