Reflecting the farm-to-table concept that defines Mitzpe Hayamim, the hotel's very own on-site patisserie and bakery create the wonderful breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts that guests enjoy every day. Guests are always welcome to take a look inside, indulge in the wafting aromas of baked goods, and marvel at the baking process, conducted under the watchful eye of the hotel's Executive Chef and team.
FARM STORE
Mitzpe Hayamim guests and visitors can purchase the fresh goods produced daily by the hotel's organic farm, livestock farm, and patisserie: cookies and pastries, fruit jams from the orchards, yogurt and cheeses from the dairy, dried herbs for tea infusions, boutique handmade soaps, high-quality olive oil, authentic Galilean tahini, and much more.
Ranch House Restaurant
The old Muscat restaurant has also undergone extensive renovation and refurbishment, transforming into a unique Galilean grill restaurant. Under the expert supervision of the hotels' Executive Chef, the restaurant's new menu is inspired by the farm-to-table concept, with the central motif being choice meat skewered on branches from local trees, such as olive, oak, and citrus. These selected cuts include sweetbreads, hanger steak, wagyu rump steak, lamb chops, veal fillet, and more. The distinctive branch concept wonderfully complements the diners' authentic Galilee experience, together with the use of fresh ingredients from the farm and the natural surroundings. In addition to hotel guests, the restaurant also welcomes anyone who is seeking the ultimate culinary adventure.
