Art and magic mingle. The mystical and contemporary spirit of the Palazzo blends in a powerful sensory experience at the Baylon Cocktail Bar. A beverage offering a well-known reference point on the Italian mixology scene, offering great international classics skilfully mixed by the Capital’s best Bartenders. All this is accompanied by a cuisine specially designed for the Cocktail Bar, with “cicchetti” to accompany the cocktails.

Etere Rooftop Piacere DiVino

Deliberately informal, Etere is an open-air cellar, where the selection of the glass is master and the proposal of the Executive Chef Marco Ciccotelli is an absolute certainty. The menu is the expression of the Mediterranean: healthy dishes based on high quality vegetables, fish and shellfish, balanced, tasty, chic, to share or to enjoy in silence for a pure moment of pleasure.
