Amar
Our signature restaurant “Amar” which translates to “love” in Portuguese is our fine dining restaurant featuring modern European dishes with a huge focus on local New England seafoods and vegetables. Amar can seat a total of 62 patrons. It is a sophisticated celebration of our heritage, our love for the local cuisine, and our connection to the community.
La Padrona
The menu at La Padrona will touch on a variety of Italian cuisines, showcasing ingredients sourced from Italy as well as New England with plenty of fresh seafood, cured Italian meats, cheeses, and house-made pastas.
Long Bar and Terrace
The long bar is a hallmark for the entire Raffles brand, famous for their Singapore Slings. Each long bar is distinct and authentic to the destination itself. The Long Bar and Terrace is a lounge where residents and locals feel at home, a bar where the classic cocktail is perfected, and a place where it feels good to be seen.
The Blind Duck
The Blind Duck is a spectacular speakeasy hideaway requiring a twist and turn to discover with two distinctive floors of elegance linked by a luminous metal stairway, concealed behind a mesh of metallic curtain. It features modern and creative drinks that are perfected.
Café Pastel
Located on ground level, Café Pastel, serves house made pastries. It will also be serving, teas, coffees, smoothies, cold pressed juices.
