Anchored by a king or double bed, our elegant Classic room is sophisticated and comfortable, featuring a custom designed wall and headboard in collaboration with Voutsa, ranging from 250 – 292 sq. ft..
Superior Rooms
A modern pied-a-terre, our Superior guest rooms are equipped with impeccable details. Offering king, queen or double beds, guests will relax and unwind, taking in the classic architecture and city views that downtown DC has to offer. Rooms range from 260 – 308 sq. ft.
Deluxe Rooms
Our most spacious room is anchored by a king bed and features wallpaper and headboards designed exclusively for our hotel in collaboration with Voutsa. Offering ample space ranging from 312 – 361 sq. ft., our Deluxe rooms each offer views of downtown Washington, DC.

First Lady Suites
Inspired by the eclectic interests of four former First Ladies, each hotel suite exudes a unique personality of its own, offering guests access to amenities that include a freestanding soaking tub and separate living areas, offering 537 sq. ft. of ample space to relax and entertain.
Riggs Suite
Housed in the historic boardroom of Riggs National Bank, the Riggs Suite is a spacious 1,000 sq. ft. retreat featuring a dining room, living room, bar and the option of adding one or two adjoining guestrooms – with many of the original features including ornate ceiling details and a feature fireplace.
