Le Bellevue Restaurant & Terrace
Le Bellevue restaurant a 180-degree panorama over the valley of Epernay and the Marne valley. This - always bustling - chic brasserie is illuminated by a thousand crystal pendants hanging from the ceiling, which turn into luminous drops of water at nightfall. The Bellevue's menu offers a glimpse of the Champagne region's diversity with local and seasonal products.
Le Royal, étape gastronomique
On the menu, an interpretation of the Champagne region, locally grown vegetables, and herbs harvested within our grounds make dining at our Michelin-starred restaurant Le Royal contemporary and exciting. Under a golden patinated ceiling, the Royal Ballroom pays historical tribute to the women who played a role in Napoleon's life. Discover the Chef Paolo Boscaro's cuisine, highlighting local ingredients as well as signature creations in tribute to his Italian heritage.
