And the cuisine does the atmosphere one better featuring ingredients that are sourced locally and globally with individual growers, fishermen, and farmers to create a “new southern” cuisine. The Georgian Room's indulgent fare is served on hand-painted china, silver flatware, and European linens, and is complemented by a world-class wine list. Tavola – Italian Restaurant

Tucked inside The Cloister and along the Black Banks River, Tavola is perfect place for a family meal. The simplicity of the cuisine and extensive wine selection is impeccably blended with the soul of Italy. Colt & Alison – Upscale Steak House

Located inside The Lodge, Colt & Alison offers a charming and intimate setting for dinner with the glow of a wood-burning fireplace and panoramic views of Plantation Course’s 18th hole. Featuring incomparable cuts of USDA Prime wet and dry aged beef, Colt and Alison also offers the freshest local seafood; all masterfully paired with a remarkable wine selection. Tableside specialty preparations of classic dishes such as Caesar salad, steak au poivre, and bananas foster enhance the elegant dining experience

Southern Tide – Seafood

Savor the taste of Georgia’s coastal cuisine at Southern Tide, Sea Island’s only beachfront restaurant. Southern Tide features fresh and local seafood embellished with a strong southern influence.
