Wildes at The Lodge
Discover Wilde’s at The Lodge at Ashford Castle, serving classical locally sourced dishes with views over the waters of Lough Corrib. Under the inspired direction of award-winning Executive Chef Jonathan Keane, described as “one of the country’s most exciting chefs” this is a popular destination for local foodies and visitors from afar. Jonathan creates a variety of delicious dishes that showcase the unique flavours of the finest local produce, from succulent Irish beef and lamb to fish and seafood fresh from the waters of Galway Bay and the Connemara coastline.
The Quay Bar
The Quay Bar and Brasserie is the perfect environment in which to sit back, admire the sweeping views of Lough Corrib, sip on a drink or enjoy a delicious lunch or sharing platters in the evening. The intimate and informal setting is the perfect place in which to enjoy some hearty Irish cooking prepared with the finest local produce, exchange stories of the day’s adventures, and enjoy a couple of our most popular cocktails.
