TORO Kitchen & Lounge
TORO features a Pan-Latin-inspired menu, drawing inspiration from the flavors of Latin American regions, while using locally sourced ingredients from the Roaring Fork Valley. The menu includes small plates, a la carte grilled meats, ceviche, and more. In addition, the space’s new cocktail-focused bar, TORO Lounge, offers handcrafted libations and a barrel-aged program, as well as tequila lockers for guests to store their favorite bottles of spirits. TORO’s open concept will be more vibrant, thanks in part to a design that allows in more natural light. Live music will complement the new TORO experience a few nights a week throughout the winter season.
