Come here to savor a taste of New England in each inspired dish, all beautifully presented in an atmospheric dining room that epitomizes rustic elegance.
Little Barn
Simply executed, yet expertly prepared, the flavorful and approachable dishes at the Little Barn bring the local Maine farmstead and fisheries to the table. It is a fantastic way to experience the amazing food and service for which the White Barn Restaurant is known. Enjoy our Provisions menu along with Chef Matt's daily menu board, featuring ever changing local favorites. Our Chef comes to work at the The White Barn Restaurant and he comes to play in the Little Barn.
Rooms & Suites
Traditional Farmhouse
Our 200 sq. ft. Traditional Inn Rooms are located on the third floor of our original farmhouse. Each one features contemporary décor that channels the essence of country inn chic.
Superior Queen
These contemporary 300 sq. ft. rooms are located on the second and third floors of the Original Farmhouse. Each one has a calming color palette in soft gray, blue or green. A luxurious bathroom with a clawfoot soaking tub and rainfall shower evokes a sophisticated country inn with the up-to-date amenities of a city hotel.
Queen Deluxe
This one-of-a-kind 310 sq. ft. room is located on the second floor of the Main House. A calming soft gray color palette, luxurious bathroom in marble and granite, and gas-burning double-sided fireplace evoke a sophisticated country inn with the up-to-date amenities of a city hotel.
Garden Room
Tucked away across from the Main House and through the garden, each 250 sq.ft. room puts nature at the forefront with a dramatic picture window that looks into the woods.
Garden Deluxe
Our 275 sq. ft. Garden Deluxe Rooms are tucked away across from the Main House and through the garden. Each one brings the outdoors in with a dramatic picture window and has the benefit of a large soaking tub.
Junior Suite
These 420 sq. ft. suites are tucked away in May's Annex. In each one, a soothing color palette inspired by ocean and sand celebrates the essence of coastal Maine. A plush sitting area surrounds a gas-burning fireplace.
Loft Suite
A separate exterior entrance leads to our largest suite, which measures 620 sq. ft., and is situated adjacent to the Original Farmhouse. A large sitting area with cozy gas-burning fireplace, a relaxing soaking tub in the bathroom, and a private porch epitomize relaxed coastal living.
May's Cottage
This freestanding 400 sq. ft. cottage is tucked away in the garden across from the Main House. It captures Maine's relaxed elegance with a plush sitting area surrounding a gas-burning fireplace, and patio outfitted with Adirondack chairs.
Gull Cottage
Maine cottage living meets riverside serenity in the Gull Cottage, nestled directly on the Kennebunk River with a landscaped waterfront patio. Tern Cottage: Maine cottage living meets riverside serenity in studio-style Tern cottage, which is perfectly suited for a couple. Its private patio enjoys an unencumbered view of the river.

Friendship Cottage
Our most luxurious accommodation measures 1,000 sq. ft. and combines proximity with exclusivity. It is a mere 8 minutes' walk from the Main House, but enjoys the utmost privacy nestled along the banks of the Kennebunk River. Soaring ceilings, a large wood-burning fireplace, and landscaped patio embody Maine cottage living at its finest.
Loon Two Bedroom Cottage
Spread out over 1,035 sq. ft., our largest cottage combines riverside serenity with an emphasis on privacy. Each of the two bedrooms has its own entrance, bathroom, and river views.
Cora Houseboat
One-of-a-kind Houseboat accommodation, located on the Kennebunk River (Houseboat is permanently fixed to the White Barn Inn Dock), including King bed and separate living room with queen sleeper sofa. Cora Houseboat provides a one-of-a-kind experience on the Kennebunk coast, where the rustic luxury of White Barn Inn and waterfront living converge.
