Jacaranda Restaurant
From the farm to table Led by 2 Michelin-stars chef Oscar Velasco, our Jacaranda restaurant is a celebration of seasonal ingredients farmed in our very own gardens and the creative mind of our chef. This is combined with the finest selection of suppliers in this island full of history and recipes that pass from generation to generation. In our finca restaurant in Mallorca we translate this passion into a seasonal menu that combines the nature of the ingredients and Mallorcan traditions. We offer an innovative weekly menu, a tribute to our natural environment that takes every opportunity to honor its cultural heritage.

Deluxe Garden
Our Deluxe Garden rooms are the perfect refuge for anyone wishing to be at one with nature. Junior Suite
Generous rooms (430 square feet) located within the main property of the estate for anyone who wants to feel as if they are at home. Our Suites provide the perfect accommodation for anyone looking for space and comfort within a private and intimate setting far from the main property. These suites are decorated using natural materials that bring countryside and natural daylight together. Light filled rooms (377 and 485 square feet) divided into two separate spaces; a generous bedroom and a living area that provide access to the terrace with their exclusive views over the main garden of the property. Villa Serena
An elegant and peacefully detached villa (more than 1184 square feet) whose facilities include a living room, bedroom and totally fitted out bathroom with XXL shower, bathtub and two sinks. The perfect accommodation for those people who are looking for complete and absolute privacy and autonomy with the best evening views over the Mallorcan sunset. Villa Serena has its own private terrace with a veranda including more than 430 square feet / 40 square meters where a healthy breakfast or private lunch can be served while enjoying the calm of the surrounding countryside or sunbathing in total privacy. This detached villa can be found just a few steps from the Spa and is connected with the main house via a walk lined with Jacarandas amongst the olive groves belonging to the property.
