The artistry of cooking with fire has a new name: Singular. At Singular Restaurant you will find the uniqueness of "La cocina del fuego" in the heart of Mallorca, by the two Michelin-starred chef Ramón Freixa. An encounter with the authentic flavors and origins of Mediterranean cuisine, in an area with a long tradition of working the land and harvesting from our orchards. An exciting culinary experience that gives prominence to top quality local products and values the Mallorcan heritage and culture.

These comfortable and elegant rooms are located in the main building and sit in front of our almond fields. Intimate well laid out rooms of 366 square feet to 398 square feet with a king size or double twin size bed, an XXL rain shower, or bathtub. The peaceful spaces are located among our gardens with a private Majorcan patio, a dining table, and seating areas.
