Old Imperial Bar
A Classic Main Bar that Retains the Essence of the Wright Building A patrician salute to our architectural heritage of Frank Lloyd Wright, with fascinating motifs from the 1923 Imperial, and masterfully concocted spirits from around the world, the Old Imperial Bar is our main bar and a beloved Tokyo institution. Open daily from 11:30 a.m., with sandwiches served during lunchtime. Closes at midnight.
The Imperial Viking Sal
Enjoy a vast, diverse selection of exquisite Imperial Hotel cuisine-to your heart's content. "Viking" in contemporary Japanese means buffet, an adaption of the name of Japan's very first buffet dining restaurant in 1958, the Imperial Hotel's Viking smorgasbord. The world has changed, and so has our Viking. Let us dazzle you with a global assortment of tantalizing appetizers, soups, salads, chilled selections, roasts, fine hot entrees and opulent desserts -- many prepared right in front of you. A royal feast for the eye and palate.

The Rendez-Vous AWA
A Hub for Get-Togethers, Both as a Starting Point and a Destination THE RENDEZ-VOUS AWA is a new spot where you can casually drop by before or after a get-together at the hotel or outside, as well as savor the afterglow of a show or a shopping session. “AWA” in THE RENDEZ-VOUS AWA takes the initials of the French words for “before” (Avant) and “after” (Après), with “Wine” (sparkling wine/champagne), to convey the bar’s concept of marking a get-together with wine. AWA (meaning “bubbles” in Japanese) also reflects the fact that most of the drinks on the menu are fizzy drinks.
