Dining

Nouvelle Epoque (French Fine Dining)

The contemporary fusion of French and Japanese cuisines at our Tokyo-based restaurant reflects the legacy of Masakichi Ono, a pioneer of French cuisine in Japan. This fusion, blending traditional French cooking methods with local Japanese ingredients, represents a new era in gastronomy focused on health and innovation. Our menu features only the finest ingredients, emphasizing locally sourced and specially fermented foods. The dining experience is enhanced by a serene atmosphere, where guests can enjoy their meal in a space filled with soft sunlight filtering through garden shades.

Yamazato (Japanese Fine Dining)

The restaurant offers the finest Japanese dishes, meticulously prepared with top-quality ingredients by expert cooks under the guidance of Grand Chef Akihiro Omori. The dining experience includes a variety of settings such as counter seating for Kappo cuisine, sushi, and tempura, along with private rooms and a dining hall to accommodate different occasions. The menu, inspired by our guests, features a rich selection of seasonal delicacies and Japan's finest sake. Additionally, our traditional tea ceremony room, Chosho-an, crafted by master carpenter Sotoji Nakamura, invites guests to immerse themselves in a tranquil atmosphere that embodies the essence of the Japanese spirit.

Sazanka (Teppanyaki)

Our superb teppanyaki restaurant offers a captivating dining experience with dishes prepared by skilled chefs using the finest ingredients, all set against a top-floor city view. Our menu at Sazanka blends Japanese and Western flavours, featuring prime Japanese beef, fresh seafood, and seasonal vegetables. We specialize in prime Wagyu, including Kobe beef, sourced from select farms and handpicked by our head chef. Teppanyaki, which began during the 1964 Tokyo Olympics, showcases Japanese hospitality through a culinary theatre. Here, the sounds of sizzling ingredients and the aroma of cooking create a unique atmosphere, with the city's open sky as a backdrop and the counter serving as the stage.

Toh-Ka-Lin (Chinese Fine Dining)

Toh-Ka-Lin is the first hotel-operated Cantonese establishment in Japan, offers a unique culinary experience that combines traditional Chinese dishes with the essence of Japan's four seasons, complemented by superb service. The extensive a la carte menu features over 400 dishes, each prepared tableside for a personalized dining experience. The ambience of the restaurant, enhanced by the fragrance of blooming peach flowers and a peach motif, creates a sense of dining in an eternal paradise, reminiscent of the enchanting hidden paradises celebrated in ancient lore.

Orchid (All Day Dining)

The Orchid offers a delightful experience with a buffet featuring over 100 healthy dishes and a diverse a la carte menu. It serves traditional favorites like Roast Beef, Beef Stroganoff, Consommé, and French toast. Catering to various occasions, the restaurant includes a café area, a formal dining space, private rooms for course meals, and a terrace suitable for parties. Known as the perfect hotel restaurant, The Orchid provides an appealing menu at any hour, allowing guests to enjoy modern dining without leaving the hotel.

Orchid Bar (Main Bar)

The Orchid Bar is renowned for its signature handshake-style cocktails, expertly crafted by our skilled bartenders using Okura's unique three-point handshake technique. It boasts the most extensive selection of original blend malts and rare, no-longer-distilled whiskies among hotel bars in Japan, with an option for guests to purchase their private bottles. Among its signature offerings is the legendary Okura Bull Shot, a robust cocktail made from traditional beef consommé and vodka. The classic ambience of the bar, where guests can enjoy conversation with the bartender while observing their skilful handling of the shaker, embodies the essence of refined taste.

Starlight (Bar & Lounge)

The Starlight Lounge, located on the top floor of the hotel, offers a stunning panoramic view of Toranomon and a unique rooftop view of central Tokyo that is unparalleled. It features three distinct rooms: the stylish The Bar, the relaxing The Lounge, and the luxurious Chef’s Table, each designed to suit different styles and moods. The Starlight's menu includes a variety of options, from seasonal desserts and elegant a la carte selections to authentic meat dishes, making it a distinctive bar and lounge experience.
