Zaytinya
Zaytinya at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach offers an innovative mezze menu inspired by Turkish, Greek and Lebanese cuisines served up in a sleek and modern setting. Named after the Turkish word for olive oil, the restaurant Zaytinya serves the freshest produce, delectable grilled meats, fine seafood and aromatic spices to tempt the palate. Building on José Andrés’ deep knowledge of Mediterranean cooking and years of research and travel by the team behind José Andrés Group, the menu features shared small plates of authentic and innovative fare, creative cocktails, and unique Mediterranean wines. Zaytinya is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week.
