The Setai features 91 Art Deco rooms, 3 Pool Villas and 62 Ocean Suites, including the Penthouse, and incomparable amenities including three temperature-controlled sparkling pools, beachfront services, exceptional dining experiences led by Executive Chef Vijayudu Veena, Valmont for The Spa at The Setai, Miami Beach and a Clefs d’Or Chief Concierge. The hotel is privately held; holds membership with The Leading Hotels of the World; is recognized as a AAA Five Diamond hotel, Michelin Guide Key holder; and has consecutively been awarded the coveted Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Award since 2015. In order to keep our beautiful Art Deco building looking its best, we are undergoing a façade restoration project on a small portion of the front of the building (the second-floor area) through October 16, 2026. Work will be conducted Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm.

The Junior Suites overlook the city features a living room with a day bed (a futon equal size to a twin bed) and an enclosed bedroom with a handmade Duxiana king sized bed with Cotton Sateen sheets. Three Bedroom Suites, Oceanfront, are located in the Ocean Suites building and feature Three Bedroom Ocean Front Suite with wrap around balcony entrances from the living rooms. A master bedroom with oceanfront views and Duxiana king sized bed, a second bedroom with city views with Duxiana king sized bed, and a third bedroom with partial ocean views and a queen sized bed. All three bedrooms feature electric blackout blinds. The suite also features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, two separate living rooms, dining table with ocean views in Asian Art Deco Style, teak and black granite floors. Ocean Suites - Three Bedroom Entertainment Suite

Ocean Suites - The Penthouse Suite
The Penthouse is situated beautifully atop The Ocean Suites, the tallest building in Miami Beach. Spanning the entire 40th floor, this illustrious four bedroom 10,000 square feet (930 square meters) sanctuary boasts a private roof top pool and jacuzzi with panoramic city and beach vistas, a gourmet kitchen and a dining room for 10 guests. With ever-enchanting views and a dedicated Ocean Suites arrival staff, concierge and valet team, the penthouse redefines the “suite” experience on a truly global scale. It features a gourmet kitchen, dining room for 10 guests, and a 3,500 square feet (325 square meters) private spacious outside terrace. Two rooms are master bedrooms, each featuring beautiful views of the city and the Atlantic Ocean, king size beds, full bathrooms and own balconies. One room features a queen bed, facing the Ocean, is connected to the main living room area, has its own balcony and has a private bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located near the entrance to the terrace, features a queen bed, overlooks the City and has a private bathroom. All bathrooms include rainfall showers, 2 large Jacuzzi tubs and one features a steam shower.
